Cunnilingus 101

So lets talk about cunnilingus a.k.a. eating pussy, crunching the carpet, mustache extension or whatever grotesque names out there.

I can report I had a horrible experience a few days back, hence I feel it’s time to bring this topic to the front of the congregation. So I turned to trusted friend Amy Goldenberg, Consumer Research Analyst, SurveyStud Inc, to help “the guys” understand exactly what to do when mouth meets vagina.

Please remember going down on a woman is chess not checkers. Meaning you have to watch, learn, understand her body language.

Anyway lets get to the matter at hand:

Please stop pointing your tongue

We don’t want to name names, but lots of people out there go straight for sword-tongue when they start giving a woman head. Please do not do that.

“Most women do not like a pointy, hard tongue on the clit,” said Goldenberg. “Try flattening your tongue and using broad strokes.”

Repeat after me: broad strokes. BROAD STROKES. The hard, jabbing tip of your mouth-muscle is giving nobody an orgasm any time soon.

Go ahead and use your hands

In my experience, most cunnilingus-providers aren’t afraid to shove a finger or two up in there while going down. Which is great. Goldenberg suggests curling two fingers up towards her belly button once they’re inserted, and using a “firm ‘come here’ motion” to stimulate the g-spot.

But! Fingering her isn’t the only way to incorporate your hands.

“You can also use the labia to massage the clit by gently pressing the lips together and kneading the clit between your fingers,” said Goldenberg. “Putting firm pressure on the mons pubis (the mound) and incorporating circular motions will also help to awake the nerves.”

To toy or not to toy (to toy!)

There’s a misconception (I hope it’s a misconception, anyway) that men out there are intimidated by sex toys. Nothing can replace a real, human dick, so don’t worry. But that doesn’t mean a good toy can’t help with oral, especially because – well, you probably can’t get your dick up there at the same time, and sometimes it’s nice to have penetration that doesn’t involve a fingernail.

Stay the course, a.k.a. pay attention

There’s nothing worse than when your partner has found a really super rhythm with you, they’re licking away, and then suddenly they decide that because you’re so into it they should start going as fast and hard as humanly possible just when you’re about to cum.

Instead, if you’re doing something that has your woman writhing with pleasure, just fucking keep doing it. You will know she’s writhing with pleasure by the fact that she is writhing. In order to notice that, though, you’ll have to get out of your own head (ha) and focus on her movements.

“Often, when women want more they will thrust their hips towards your mouth,” said Goldenberg. “Once you found the movement that works, repetition is key.”

Forget what you learned in high school

If what you learned in high school is that forming the letters A-Z with your tongue is the way to make a woman come, I regret to tell you that you’ve been woefully misinformed.

“A big misconception is that people should write the alphabet with their tongue,” said Goldenberg. “This is silly, because when you’re concentrating on letters in your head, you’re not paying attention to her signals in the moment.”

Any suggests creating suction around the clit, as if it were the head of a penis, and always using a flat tongue to go back and forth.

Keep these rules handy, and you will have a happy lady on your hands. And in your mouth (COULD NOT RESIST.)

High-Heels and Pain

“… After one hour, six minutes and 48 seconds heels start to hurt”

You can’t handle feet for a living without encountering some of the unfortunate side effects of wearing high heels — like foot pain, corns, and calluses. We (SurveyStud) surveyed 503 women about their high-heel habits, and the results are:

• 72% of women wear high-heeled shoes (39% wear heels daily, while 33% wear them less often)

• 59% report toe pain as a result of wearing uncomfortable shoes; 54% report pain in the ball of the foot

• 58% of women purchased new high-heeled shoes in the last year

• Women who wear high heels daily tend to be younger and are more likely to wear uncomfortable shoes

• Younger women are more likely to experience blisters and pain in the arches of their feet than older women. Older women are more likely to experience corns, calluses, and bunions

Why women wear high heels:

• 82%  for fashion or style
• 73%  to complete professional attire
• 54%  to look sexier and more attractive
• 48%  to enhance their legs
• 39%  to appear taller

Even after pressing these facts to our surveyed population 71% said they will continue to wear 👠.

Help Make Her Beautiful

…Only 4% of women around the world consider themselves beautiful.

1. The amount of time you spend getting ready varies based on which day of the week it is. The average morning routine for a Monday is about 76 minutes, but by Friday it drops down to just 19 minutes!

2. Watch the way you use your mascara, ladies. In a recent study, 79 percent of mascara tubes were plagued with staph bacteria and 86 percent of women in the study admitted to using mascara past its prime.

3. Out of 33 brands tested, about 60 percent of lipsticks were found to contain lead. Note, however, that such a minuscule amount of lead makes it into your mouth that it’s nothing to worry about.

4. Women may be obsessed with a great skin care routine, constantly hunting for the best products, but men don’t feel the same way. 75 percent of men ages 18 and up are not currently using facial skin care products, according to a [SurveyStud] Group study.

5. Contrary to popular belief that hair loss only affects men, approximately 40 percent of women in America suffer from the condition.

6. Do you ever run errands without wearing makeup? One in three women admit that they refuse to leave the house without makeup on.

7. Sometimes it can feel like nails take forever to grow, but nails actually grow, on average, 3.5 millimeters per month. Growth rates can vary with time of year, activity level, heredity and age. Also, women’s nails grow more slowly than men’s, and they grow faster in the summer than in the winter.

8. There was a 32 percent increase in nail polish and nail care sales over 2011, indicating that $768 million dollars was spend on at-home care.

9. Parfum, the most luxurious fragrance option, lasts the longest on the skin. Usually, the purest form of a parfum will contain upwards of 15 percent or more of the essential fragrance, making it stay on your skin longer than eau de toilette, body mist or lotion.

10. Onychophagia, or nail-biting, is more common in young adults ages 18-22. Very few adults bite their nails and by 30 years old, most nip the habit in the bud.

Only four percent of women around the world consider themselves beautiful. Believe it or not, this is a doubled increase from just two percent in 2004. Also, 80 percent of women agree that every woman has something about her that is beautiful.

6. 125% increase in searches for “romantic sex.”

7. 240% increase in women searching porn sites for terms like “daddy” and “step-dad”

8.  By Country

9.  Within the United States

Taking a closer look at the United States, the study (SurveyStud) also looked at what category, after “Lesbian,” was most viewed in each state in comparison to women’s preferences across the country.

The “Ebony” category is popular among the Southern states, “Bondage” is big in Missouri, Ohio and Pennsylvania, and Washington women are randomly into Hentai.

Women and HIV

“…Slightly more than 40% of the women did not know the HIV status of their last sexual partner–more than 40% of our participants had an annual household income of $10,000 or less”

In the United States

– Women account for one in five new HIV diagnoses and deaths caused by AIDS.

– The proportion of AIDS diagnoses reported among women has more than tripled since 1985.

– Approximately one in four people living with HIV infection in the U.S. are women.

– The vast majority of women diagnosed with HIV (86%) contracted the virus through heterosexual sex

– African Americans constituted 63% of women diagnosed with HIV/AIDS in 2013

– African Americans and Hispanics represent 28% of all women in the U.S. but they account for 80% of HIV cases among women

– African-American women have an HIV prevalence rate nearly three and a half times that of white women

Around the Globe

– Worldwide, women constitute more than half of all people living with HIV

African American Women Demographic: SurveyStud

African American women are the head of 29% of all African American households which is more than twice the rate for ‘all women’ at 13%. These are households defined by the U.S. Census Bureau as having a female head and no spouse present.

Only 33% of African American women who gave birth were married which is almost the opposite for ‘all women’ at 64%.

These additional responsibilities may also explain why African American women are slightly over-represented in the workforce compared to all women and even higher than African American men (67%).

Even though African American women are over-represented in the workforce they still have a higher unemployment rate than ‘all women’, 6% to 10% respectively. All of these factors help explain the higher poverty rate for African American women (29%) than ‘all women’ at 17%.

African American women ages 16 to 64 had a higher participation rate in the labor force (71%) compared to ‘all females’ (69%.) Labor force participation refers to the percent of women who were either working or looking for work. Women not in the labor force include those who may be full time students, disabled, and others who are not looking or gave up looking for employment for other reasons.

36% of African American women who worked full time all year in 2015 had median earnings of $33,780 compared to $38,097 for ‘all women.’– ages 16 to 64 years old, 25% had no earnings in 2015 which was higher than the 26% with no earnings of ‘all females’ in the same age group. Also a larger percentage of African American women 16 to 64 were unemployed than for ‘all females’ (9.6% compared to 5.8%) and were living below the poverty level (29%) than ‘all females’ (17%).

Compared to ‘all women’ in the United States African American women who worked were less likely to work in occupations that may be considered white collar and were much more likely to hold service jobs. Only 64% of working African American women held white collar jobs compared to 72% of ‘all women.’ For the purpose of the above table white collar occupations include but are not limited to jobs in management, business, computers, office, legal, education, etc.

Single Mother Stats: SurveyStud

Once largely limited to poor women and minorities, single motherhood is now becoming the new “social-norm.”

This prevalence is due in part to the growing trend of children born outside marriage — a societal trend that was virtually unheard of decades ago.

About 4 of 10 or 40% of children were born to unwed mothers. Nearly two-thirds are born to mothers under the age of 30.2

Of all single-parent families in the U.S., single mothers make up the majority.

According to U.S. Census Bureau, out of 12 million single parent families in 2015, more than 80% were headed by single mothers.

Today 1 in 4 or 25% of children under the age of 18 — a total of about 17.4 million — are being raised without a father and nearly half (45%) live below the poverty line.

For those living with father, about 21% live in poverty. In contrast, among children living with both parents, 13% are counted as poor.

STATISTICS OF SINGLE PARENT FAMILIES * (2015)

– 84% Single Mom Family
– 16% Single Dad Family

DEMOGRAPHICS

– Around 49% of single mothers have never married

– 51% are either divorced, separated or widowed. Half have one child, 30% have two.

– About two thirds are White, one third Black, one quarter Hispanic. One third have a college degree, while one sixth have not completed high school.

EMPLOYMENT

two thirds of single mothers are working outside the home, a slightly greater share than the share of married mothers who are also working outside the home.

However, only half are employed full-time all year long, a quarter (23.2%) are jobless the entire year. Among those who were laid off or looking for work, less than a quarter (22.4%) received unemployment benefits.

If a single mother is able to work, her earning power still lags significantly compared with men’s, about 78¢ to a $1 for the same job — leaving a wage gap of 23 cents on the dollar.

The wage disparities are even greater for women of color — African-American women earn only 64¢, while Hispanic and Latinas fare worse, being paid just 56¢ on the dollar.

INCOME

Single mothers earn income that place them well below married mothers in the income ladder. The gap between the two groups is significantly large.

The median income for families led by a single mother in 2015 was about $26,000, one third (⅓) the median for married couple families ($84,000.) Nearly half with an annual income of less than $25,000.
